Aperol celebrated the Festa del Redentore with an unexpected luminous drone show, with creative direction by Giò Forma, that, to everyone’s surprise, flew over the Bacino di San Marco on the evening of Friday, July 19th.
At 10 PM, 1500 luminous drones painted the Venice sky orange. From the winged lion, symbol of the city, to a Carnival mask, Venetian rowing, and the Campanile di San Marco, the drones created captivating images and light displays. The show continued with the depiction of an Aperol bottle and two glasses, bringing everyone together for a grand toast, and concluded with the creation of the word “Venezia” in the sky.
